VILLA 155  RESIDENTIAL VILLA  ( 7 Rooms , Living , Dining , 2 Family Lounge , 1 Entertainment areas ,1 Home office , Huge Kitchen, 8 Washrooms, Basement – Recreational area , Home theatre , Puja room & Terrace Garden & Front lawn ) The complete bare shell building skeleton was designed from scratch for a close knit family of four. The space was a blank canvas when it came to us .The concept was to create a home not house for a family of four with use of use of straight & near design, which revolved around the requirement of client brief of this big but differential zones. The 7 different rooms had 7 different requirements & most challenging part was to make the owners happy about their own taste for their room and yet combine the space looks as indistinguishable. The main door redefined the grandness combined with straight lines. The Living & Dining & Powder Room was designed to be ultra luxurious . A room overlooking the Swimming pool was turned into TV & Entertainment room. The BAR was also over looking swimming pool . The Rooms were designed to to be warm & cozy for the family with their own segregated design taste & colour scheme.  The Kitchen was designed to be Open with Preparation come Breakfast counter in place , the depth is added to to the kitchen with wooden louvers. The Centralised Family lounge on the first floor was given straight lines & darker colour scheme opposing to our white and gold theme to make it unique & special.  The second floor was an entertainment zone with pitched roof & Terrace garden which was designed in shades of grey to have mellow indoor personal get togethers for the family.
