The Strangle OPEN REAL ESTATE OFFICE The project was to redesign and generate new workspace solutions that could promote an upgrade and improvement on the quality of the current work environment. The concept of the space was the use of straight and angular lines in different places. The main door redefined the chevron pattern which also had been used in the interiors on partitions and furniture providing graphic connectivity in the overall space. The furniture and seating space encouraged communication, interaction and innovation to happen between colleagues. Large windows and partitions gave visual access from one end to the other and the customised patterned films gave a sense of privacy at the same time. The real challenge for us was to block the heat radiations coming from the south direction and at the same time allow ample amount of natural light to enter the office. This was done by the use of sun control films and louvers.
